The in-house Chartman support department is composed of industry professionals who specialize in the clinical, billing, administrative, and technical areas of Chartman 3. All clinical support is provided by licensed clinical professionals who have years of experience working in mental health treatment programs and understand your charting needs and legal\licensing requirements.

Responding to support requests is our first priority. As a Chartman customer, you will have a direct line to your Chartman representative (a live person), where you will be able to discuss your Chartman questions and receive an immediate solution.

Transitioning to Chartman 3

Chartman offers data conversion from your system into the Chartman database. Chartman will import data from common data sources like excel, Microsoft Access, Oracle, SQL server or a variety of ODBC and ADO net data sources.

• From another EMR/EHR
  • Conversion preparation requires identifying data that will be moved into Chartman. If a database administrator is familiar with the back end database structure, the data can be converted directly into Chartman from the source database.
  • Users unfamiliar with the database storage or users that are not currently maintaining data in a database have the option to populate excel spreadsheet templates. These templates can be imported into Chartman.
• From paper or other electronic sources
  • In the case of paper files, the data can be typed directly into the excel sheet, or cut and pasted from other electronic sources.
