Chart Review
CHARTMAN makes it easy to to see which forms in a chart
are complete and which are incomplete.
Forms that have not been completed appear in red to alert staff as to their
incomplete status. Completed forms show as "Completed". In addition,
facility administrators can mark forms as "Reviewed" to show that their
completion status has been verified.
Only administrators have the clearance to mark forms as "Reviewed". Marking
a form as "Reviewed" effectively "locks" the form. No changes can be made to
the form without the approval of an administrator who can "unreview" the form.
